Please note:

Deliveries by parcel carrier can be between 0800 and 1800 on weekdays.

For orders despatched by a courier company all parcels must be signed for. Please provide your mobile phone number with your order, which will allow the courier to send you a free text message with a delivery slot and an option to amend your delivery if required.

If delivery is attempted whilst you are out, please call the number on the delivery card to rearrange your delivery.

RETURNS

Please refer to our terms and conditions for full information on our Cancellation Policy.

- Please inform us within 7 working days of the products being delivered to you. Please email info@mamanatural.co.uk or call 0800 012 6257.

- Unwanted goods must be in a fully saleable condition and in all their original, undamaged packaging. Products must be returned as new, unused and with all retail packaging, labels and instructions intact.

- Furniture must NOT have been assembled to be returned as new.

- It is the customer's responsibility to pack the products beingreturning securely to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.

- Unless the product is faulty or misdescribed then postage costs must be paid for by the customer.

- We recommend that products are returned via a tracked or recorded delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

- If the goods are faulty or misdescribed we refund the cost of delivery or organise collection for larger items.

- There may be a re-stocking charge of 20% for any item that is returned with damaged or incomplete packaging.
